💕Follow this Spirited Mama, a 90‑years‑young.💕

Years ago, our journey began with Mama fracturing 5 lucky ribs that led to a search for safer living solutions. My family knew things had to change and fast! We found affordable ways to make our home safer and to prevent it from happeneing again! We realized what worked well and our friends were interested in learning.

Then something unexpected happened—dementia entered our lives.

It was confusing, overwhelming, and honestly, a little frightening. My family began searching for answers, trying to understand what was happening and how to help. After 150 hours of research and learning from trusted sources, we discovered things we had never heard before—things we wish we had known sooner.

We realized how many others were searching for answers too—and we knew we had to share this information. We had discovered  this could potentially change someone's life.

Everything we share is based on real-life experiences, personal research, and practical solutions that have helped our family and others. This information is meant to support and guide—not replace professional medical advice. There's so much to learn in life, and so much we can share with each other.

I’m grateful to be here, and I’m excited to help you feel more confident, more prepared, and a little less alone on your journey. Dementia is strong but if we are united, we will be stronger.

Thank you for stopping by.

At times, we've had to get creative to make sure

important stories still reached you. When we weren't

able to film in person or capture the quality needed, we

created characters like Uncle Jose and Uncle David using A.I.

We also chose this path because our mission goes beyond

one place or one voice-we want to reach families all over

the world. In time, We will be expanding into more languages

and creating more avatars so these stories can be heard, felt,

and understood by as many people as possible.

Because Dementia is not just personal-it's global. It is now

one of the leading causes of death worldwide, and so many people

still don't recognize the early signs until it's too late.

These avatars are used to help explain dementia using information

from trusted sources, so families can better understand what's

happening and make informed decisions during a very difficult time.

But please know, while their faces are created, the voices, the lessons,

and the experiences behind them are very real.

These stories are inspired by real families, real caregivers, real moments, and research from hospitals and professional organizations that often go unseen. Our goal is for you to  better understand what’s happening and make informed decisions during a difficult time.

Our mission goes beyond one voice—we want to reach families everywhere, in more languages, and in ways that are easier to understand.

You are not alone in this.

Dementia is not just personal—it’s global. And too many people don’t recognize the signs until it’s too late.If there’s one thing we want you to take from this page, it’s this:

You are not alone in this journey.

We’re here to help you feel more prepared, more confident, and a little less overwhelmed—one step at a time.
